Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our business correspondence.

Project materials are retained for the duration of the engagement and any period required by the contract, after which they are deleted or returned on request.

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us and we will action reasonable requests promptly.
