Timely access to environments, test data, documentation and stakeholders is essential to testing work. Delays in access may affect agreed timelines.

You remain responsible for the decision to release your software. Our role is to test, report findings and advise.

Testing reduces risk; it cannot prove the absence of all defects. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We treat your systems, data and findings as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before any technical discussion.
