   We read the specifications first and raise ambiguities, missing acceptance criteria and contradictory rules before a single test is written.

   Test case design

   Positive, negative and boundary scenarios mapped one-to-one against requirements, so coverage is provable rather than assumed.

   Execution & exploration

   Scripted execution for coverage, plus time-boxed exploratory sessions where our engineers deliberately try to break the product.

   Report & retest

   Defects triaged by severity, and every fix verified against the original reproduction path before it is closed.
